this pastebin is designed with privacy as the highest priority. since the service is hosted and operated in the czech republic, all data processing complies with the general data protection regulation (gdpr) (regulation (eu) 2016/679) and the czech act no. 110/2019 coll. on personal data processing. we do not share, sell, or analyze your data.
if password protection is selected, access to your paste is guarded using argon2 password hashing. while we secure your pastes in a database, please note this is not client-side end-to-end encryption (e2ee) – the data is sent in plain text over https before being stored. do not upload extremely sensitive personal credentials.
we offer burn-after-read (deletion immediately after the first view) and custom time-to-live (ttl) options. once expired or burned, files are permanently deleted from the database and memory without any backups.
we do not use any tracking cookies, third-party analytics, or advertisements. server logs (e.g. ip addresses) may be processed transiently to enforce security limits (rate limiting) under gdpr article 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest) to prevent service abuse.
the service is provided "as is". users are solely responsible for the content they upload. hosting illegal content is strictly prohibited. any legal disputes arising out of the use of this service will be governed by czech law and settled before the competent courts of the czech republic.
if you find content that violates your copyrights or applicable laws, you may submit a removal request to [email protected]. to be processed under czech law and the eu digital services act (dsa), the notice must include a valid legal reason (such as copyright infringement, personal data leak, or illegal material), proof of rights ownership, and identify the specific paste url(s). invalid, unverified, or malicious requests will be ignored.
